>>4490198It's a good composition, but on a technical level, it looks really bad. The smearing makes it look like an oil painting, so I'm guessing it's a phone photo that was too dark and you turned up the exposure pretty high, so there's also a lot of noise in the shadows.
If you can on your phone, use long exposure.
