This is our cozy condo. its a bit dated but its clean and I have 0 problems living in Cali. it has awesome nature trails in the hills and beaches. not everything is Tenderloin (SF) or Skid Row (L.A.) or Oakland. 85% of the Bay Area is very livable and about 50% of L.A. is decent. San Diego probably beats all of the sea side Metros.
