Owen Hart had a reputation for being an unsafe worker and it’s the biggest reason that even if he lived, he would not have made it to the main event scene as neither Austin nor Hunter wanted to work with him, other talent voiced concerns about Owen being reckless and Shawn Michaels (as he tended to do back then) was lobbying against Owen behind the scenes.
