I think his character hinges on a combo of 4 things:
1) unpredictability / instability
2) hair-triggered
3) intense energy
4) ultraviolent
This sets the stage for a guy where you never know how he’ll react or what might set him off. You just know when he does, he’ll go ballistic and destroy you. (Like a pitbull, hence the barking dogs.) That’s what made the turn on Seth so “character-building foundational.”
But yes, the double edged sword is that the sort of promos you need to cut with a character like that are high energy, rapid fire rants…which means a lot of words delivered loudly and quickly…which means a lot of writing and memorization. Which means a higher chance that you’ll trip up eventually (or squeak your voice, like he’s done a couple times).
