For shits and giggles I went to his YouTube page now to see if he's still at it and holy fuck it's sad. 16 videos posted in the last 7 days, probably averaging like 100 views or so a piece. Many videos on his channel are under 50 views. He also has a premium paid tier paywall on some vids, and looking at his free video view counts I'd be shocked if more than 2 or 3 people, if any, pay for it.
Also pic related, he leaned into his meme 'consoom media' status and put out extremely cringe merch on his YouTube page as well.

Modern tag wrestling doesn't actually have rules, but I believe back in the day you had to stay in your corner or at least your side of the ring or the ref could DQ the offending team. I'm not positive, but theres surely a bunch of midnight express matches where they exploit this.

Generally I'm fine with the only rules applying to the outside participants being they can't enter the ring without risking a DQ and have to hold the tag rope in order to receive a legal tag. Leaves more flexibility for exploitation.

To add to this, tags only count if it has hand to hand (so slapping your partner's back is not legal) and you had to be within a certain distance from the corner, which is why you usually have that little white rope you're supposed to hold onto
