During a recent Fightful Select Q&A, Sean Ross Sapp was asked whether AEW had plans for another console release following Fight Forever. While AEW does own the engine that powered the game, Sapp revealed there’s no current follow-up in development—and there are a few key reasons for that.

With most wrestling being on streaming now, there should be an audio option to have there be no commentary. All modern wrestling commentators are fucking garbage and moreso distract from the wrestling with their awfulness than anything and I shouldn't be forced to put up with them ruining the product.
