Roman wins and then they do some shock attack on him at RAW to write him off and start a WHC tournament. He comes back at Summerslam to get revenge. Then he gets written off again and returns again for some show to set up the forced WarGames match later on.

BUT… if they’re actually trying to elevate this belt, I also struggle to believe they’d put it on a part timer who won’t be around much. Unless they worked something out with Roman to be on more because it’s Netflix.

On the other hand, in the story of Punk and Roman, it seems like Roman “should” win, given that he’s kinda in the role of the spurned warrior who deserves vengeance (for getting called out on a podcast).

But, maybe HHH feels like Punk has kissed the ring enough to finally earn a true WM moment of victory?

I feel like I can make a case either way.

I also think there’s a 100% chance Seth is involved somehow.

you can rotate him between upper midcard, rag tag team and main event scene without any problems.

I don't get the hate for mercedes. I've only seen her in AEW but for the most part she's pretty good in ring. Her promos are repetitive and 50% spamming her catch phrase but she's putting in more effort to be entertaining than pretty much every other girl not named harley. Her match with velvet was one of few decent women's matches I've seen in years.
