That's what always made the best heels, the guys who had an actual point or salient criticism of whatever or whoever they were mad at. That is way more compelling than some dude just insulting all the fans about their local sports team. That is also how you make a good babyface. You have this fucking asshole making infuriatingly good points but you hate him anyway, then another comes out and either cuts a massive scathing promo in rebuttal to the heel, or they tussle in the ring and a match gets booked for the next PPV. You now want to pay good money to see /yourguy/ beat the fuck out of that smug asshole.
