They didn't look like minimum wage employees at a haunted house or Slipknot rejects, they just looked like weird hillbillies you could get murdered by if you took a wrong turn down a country road. The gimmick became cringier and cringier as time went on because it started leaning too much into the Hot Topic horror aesthetic, which culminated in The Fiend, a gimmick so cringe that it made 2 of the Wyatts die of cringe.
HHH doubled down on the cringe when he created this Wyatt Sicks gimmick and therefore it's dead on arrival.
