I think Tony's biggest problem is learning to pivot when someone gets unexpectedly injured or died. To be fair, it's one of the hardest things as a booker because it's something you can't plan for, and he's had exceptionally rotten luck with his main event guys getting injured at crucial times. Punk, Adam Cole, the Lucha Bros (many times). I think he's done an amazing job learning on the job though, and has made vast strides as both a booker and a human being.
