Tony has hired men as well, trying to create a bubble around him from wrestlers. He just can't help himself as a booker. He expects that when he puts Miro in a match after shelving him for 6 months, that Miro owes Tony a hug and a thank you.
When he doesn't get that, he puts you on another time out! And now he's straight up firing non-huggers. It's ridiculous.
