>>16723283no clue who this is but he’s 100% right. ECW as the counter culture led to the attitude era. ROH/PWG counter culture led to NXT’s product, which eventually became main roster WWE. Like most mediums, wrestling’s trends starts at the underground level then makes its way to the top over time. Right now there is nothing outside of WWE doing anything better or different from WWE. WWE with its glitz, expert marketing, and high production mixed with excellent in ring workrate and competent booking is -theoretically- the perfect product. Where do we go from here? Who knows.
