You will pay the more expected price for any of the Yokohama, Kawasaki, or Tokyo shows. The pro wrestling shop lists all of those as ¥2037 which is higher than it used to be and that's $17 USD right now.
With all the misc overhead wrestling companies run, they can at least justify high DVD costs as directly paying their talent and affording venues when merch sales are down. They also make more money from a small amount of people buying expensive merch vs. a large amount of people buying fairly priced merch. Our subscription costs help them out but it's not even a fifth the cost of a typical VIP seat and t-shirt deal.
