>>15747262Not to knock Squish but of all the things Wrestlenomics put out, this one of the few things I almost completely disregard because the methodology for it seems pretty flawed and it's pretty evident when the fucking Outrunners are ranked #8 for the month when Swerve doesn't even crack the top 10 (love me some Turbo Floyd though).
>Reverse rank values were counted for any item that appeared in the top 50 on a given day. An item that was #1 received 50 points for that day. An item that was #2 received 49 points, and so on.This seems fine until you realize that all the limited run high dollar AEW stuff like the posters, microbrawlers, bobbleheads, those $300-400 paintings that came out last week immediately disappear from the website when they sell out. This includes they're top sellers page for the week/month/year. All those shirts and DVDs that are print to order stay on the website forever and end up being inflated by this methodology while stuff that sells out in 1-2 days basically doesn't even regiester.
Looking at the fulll Wrestlenomics report (yes I have it, don't judge me), Mariah doesn't even have a single item listed in the top 10 sellers for the month when Toni's Bobblehead came in #7 for month (and her plush is #6 but listed under PWTees for some reason), and yet somehow Toni is not in the top 10 merch sellers. And again, going back to the Outrunners, no items listed in any of these categories.
