Do you cry about it and ask for a refund or do you move on with your life and catch the next one knowing that when you buy a concert ticket or a convention ticket to an AEW themed fanfest, you are accepting the overall product the company is giving you and not going on laser focused on 1 person or 100% assuming they are going to be there. Sometimes flights get missed sometimes people get sick.
