4) Debuted in August and nearly main evented WM in April. 8 months. That's quicker than even Brock Lesnar, albeit Brock won the belt in 5 months, and also went over at WM in 12 months, Jericho wasn't going to win the belt at WM (or was he?) Still, for a WCW Cruiserweight that's one hell of an endorsement. Especially when you consider he actually got lost in the shuffle in the meantime. Or did he? Was Vince always intending Jericho to main event WM 2000, or was he a shiny new toy that Vince quickly got bored of and nearly forgot about until someone reminded him?
