Boring anti-draw charisma vacuums like Ricochet have always existed but back in the day bookers knew how to use them: you don't give them an entrance, you don't let them speak, and you make them job in 60 seconds or less to your Hogans, your Flairs, your Savages. And if they've got the audacity to ask for better booking you have the boys beat them to a pulp. Bookers these days are soft little bleeding heart pussies though, so they do the unthinkable and actually give these anti-draws a chance and try to give them credibility. Just look at Ricochet holding a mic. Who ever let him hold a mic should have their kneecaps broken with a tire iron. For decades these geeks used to get filtered but they aren't getting filtered anymore and pro wrestling is suffering horribly under their unfathomable dimelessness. The business needs a strong booker who can look these shitters square in the eyes and tell them to either get unceremoniously squashed like the jobbers they were born to be or go fuck themselves in the unemployment line.
