They were all basically low carders who would always get squashed by the bigger guys, but they put on entertaining rtaing matches during the early hour of the show. WCW during it's peak just felt "stacked", it had everything for every taste. It looked bigger and more important than WWF, and had a more international feel, and did more cross-promotions with Japan, Mexico, Europe, etc. Like I said it was like a sporting event, something you had to watch every Monday night, while WWF had a more rustic vibe specially during 96 and early 97.
