Also, this guy is not exposed to the absolute gigantic amount of indie shitters we see all over the place in the US on a daily basis. He can only measure them against other Japanese talent who are trained under similar systems, like the NOAH or DDT dojos, and is probably saying this in response to Takeshita himself, measuring him against the young guys for NJPW, not realizing Takeshita has been wrestling for like 15 fucking years or some crazy shit.
