Sure, if you lay it all out in a timeline, it's completely retarded but so were most of the old Mid-South and other well-booked storylines that stirred people up. It was common to pivot for reactions in the old days and honestly, I can only say it has had me more interested in Wrestlemania than I've been in like 20 years.
