Cigar pro-tip: premium cigars don't keep like cigarettes or gas station cigars. They don't have a lot of the chemicals that are added to those, which are often there to keep the tobacco moist. As a result, they dry out.
If you buy a bunch of cigars, you ideally want to keep them somewhere they can remain moist. Don't waste your money on an expensive humidor. If you just have a small amount of cigars, buy an airtight tupperware container big enough to hold them and throw a Boveda pack in them. You ideally want a relative humidity around 65 - 70 (and, ideally, they should be kept at a temp around 65 - 70 because otherwise you'll throw the humidity off).
If you buy a bunch of boxes, build a coolerdor. You can find instructions online and it's way cheaper than buying some fancy overpriced Spanish cedar box.
