My personal favorite brutal match was Akira Hokuto vs Shinobu Kandori @ Dream Slam but yeah as mentioned, tons of 90s AJW / FMW stuff fits the bill.
Overall though yeah, the relatively recent Risa vs Rina is probably the top as mentioned.
Lucha Undergroun's Ivelisse vs Catrina was alright, but the cinematic style really crippled ardcore matches. Just feels wrong when that type of stuff is filmed so properly lol.
