Where do you start if you want to get into Japanese wrestling from as early as possible?

So I just finished watching every WWE/NWA/ECW/TNA ppv and tv show I can find, besides the modern stuff I'm all out of wrestling to watch. I want to get more in to Japanese wrestling like NJPW, AJPW and Stardom, but I have this obsession where I have to watch things from the begining and see them evolve into their modern version. I was wonder if any of yall could point me to some historical moments/shows from japanese wrestling history. The earlier the better.
