>[STARDOM] Natsupoi's "benefactor" is a legendary fighter: "I learned strength" to reclaim the Wonder throne
>[Behind the scenes, on-site notes] Former Wonder Champion Natsupoi (29), also known as the "Fairy" of the women's professional wrestling "Stardom", has decided to hold a 10th anniversary event with her best friend and contemporary, Anou Saori (34), entitled "Natsu & Saori, We're Here. We're Here. 10th Anniversary. ~Our Footprints~" (May 31st, Ota Ward General Gymnasium) to celebrate their 10th debut anniversary. Apparently, there was a flood of applications for tickets to the big match on the day of the duo's debut.
>Natsupoi, who is celebrating her 10th anniversary since her debut, has many "benefactors," but the one who has supported her physically is Hiromitsu Kanehara, who was active in UWF International and Rings. The other day, the reporter had the opportunity to interview Natsupoi at Kanehara Osteopathic Clinic (Setagaya Ward, Tokyo), which is run by Kanehara and where she has been training for some time.
>Their first encounter was when Natsupoi, who had just made her debut, visited the clinic, not knowing that it was run by the legendary fighter. During her younger days when her salary was low, Kanehara would often treat her to dinner. "Sareee also comes to Kanehara's clinic with me, so he calls us his daughters. Recently, when I injured my ankle, he came to my house with Kanehara's wife to treat me. He's like a father to me, and I respect him as a wrestler too."
>Furthermore, since losing his beloved Wonder title at the Ryogoku tournament at the end of last year, he has begun attending martial arts classes taught by Kanehara to further hone his strength. "When I lost the belt, I gave it my all and lost. I've tried various fighting styles up until now, but I feel I need to get even stronger. I'm now relearning everything from the basics of wrestling, which I was not good at, to how to take joint locks," he revealed.
