I was thinking about who he lost the title to and that's Kane, Foley, Angle and Jericho already and then he lost big PPV matches to Rock and Triple H out of guys who weren't really on his level yet, Taker was without a doubt already big before Austin. I'm probably missing someone but that's already a big list.
