This is TAKA Michinoku vs. Minoru Tanaka, from 30.10.1996 in BattlARTS. I really fell in love with Tanaka seeing his match against Murahama and this is no different. It's another shoot-style bout, this time perhaps more predictably so, since it's in BattlARTS.
I am admittedly not very familiar with TAKA's early career at all, but it surprised me how well he could hang with Tanaka's footsies and matwork in this match. There's a bit of it before the first webm that doesn't do super well in a clip that I recommend you check out if this seems interesting to you. The crowd is also super hot for the entire thing and sound makes it a ton better.
