In the other block, it's a bit more complicated. At least 4 teams are out and I think Hanan/Iida are also out but I need confirmation.
In a 3way tie between SLK/Suzu, Hanan/Iida and Momo/Thekla, SLK/Suzu would advance because they would be undefeated h2h, easy.
In a 4way tie with Mei/Kohaku, SLK/Suzu would have 1W 2D and Hanan/Iida would have 2W 1L. Two wins is better than one but being undefeated is better than losing once so I guess SLK/Suzu would advance? Plus they beat Hanan/Iida. If that's the case, winggori are officially out, no matter what.
Mei/Kohaku can only advance if they're tied with SLK/Suzu for 3rd
