WWE's "too many fucking records" belong to top-level people on TV every week or at least are presented as important people everyone wants a piece of. Neither Jade nor Hook are featured on TV in an important manner, if at all, and Jade's run has been handled so shit that even comparing it to Bianca's stale reign doesn't make sense. The crowd thinks Jade is cool as everyone does but that doesn't mean they gave a fuck about this streak or this belt.
