As someone that mainly watches Japanese wrestling, the thing that triggers me the most in modern wrestling is just how "tag" team matches are done nowadays, particularly in championship matches. I assume it's like this in WWE and AEW too, but I don't check often.
>Tag team partner that isn't legal just comes in (without there even being some sort of tag to trigger it) and does whatever the fuck he wants while the other non-legal partner on the opposite side stays there looking like a retard until it's the scripted time for him to get in
>Big move happens, cover, non-legal guy does the save. No problem with this. But then the guy that does the save just gets punched or kicked once, weakly thrown outside and comes right back to do a save again
>Alternatively, non legal guy gets hit with some crazy looking double move from the top corner, gets laid out, then the legal guy gets hit with an equally crazy double move, and the non-legal guy that just got hit 20 seconds ago still comes in for the save. Just feels mistimed most of the time, or like we're not supposed to remember what happened.
