It might not seem like a big deal now with all the social media nonsense or even the fucking press conferences where the heels and faces get together and talk about what a great show they put on. But WCW fans liked wrestling to feel a little real, and for WCW to go out of their way to tell them it was all scripted and was going to be more like the phony WWF stuff, it was over.
