They have to practice (well at least NXT wrestlers have to) at the performance center, they have to work out to stay in shape, eat right, they have to make media appearances, constant travel for the main roster stars, and most will have to speak/act in segments, which is a separate skillset in itself.
Not to mention what

Is it better than the average 9-5? If you can keep up physically and take bumps, it almost always will be with the larger paychecks they are making. But it's a business few people can make it in.
