Created by Tatsumi Fujinami, the wrestler stands behind the opponent who is either sitting or lying down, places the opponent in an inverted facelock, and hooks the opponent's near arm with his free arm. The wrestler then pulls backwards and up, wrenching the opponent's neck. If the opponent is sitting, the wrestler can place their knee under the opponent's back, adding more pressure. Unlike other wrestling submissions, this submission hold can be seen used in traditional MMA and BJJ. This move was also made famous from Último Dragón.
