I've explained it multiple times but Daniel killed Nancy. His disabilities led him to be very out of control and violent toward his parents and he constantly lashed out. It put a huge strain on their relationship as well.
Chris found Nancy's body and couldn't take it. He then killed Daniel. Coincidently, Dave Taylor was asked to check on Benoit as mentioned. He arrived and seen either Nancy or Daniel's body in the window. Forced entry into the house and found a hevily intoxicated Chris. Dave went into his own fit of rage seeing Chris by Daniel's body and killed him. Then poorly staged it to look like a suicide.
