Speaking of things to expect in Stardom this year, there is absolutely going to be a big Mayu vs. Giulia (c) match at some point. They had two TLDs last year but they've mostly been kept apart while still keeping Mayu at the top of the card and in the public eye with things like the Money Ball Ladder Match and being the main character in the first match back in front of a cheering crowd, a match that she (in kayfabe) invented.
And I fully expect their eventual match to be a MOTY contender regardless of the outcome.
