It's no coincidence that AEW's plummet starts roughly around the time that Vince was removed and WWE started getting hot. AEW originally had an identity if its own but quickly became WWE-Lite and that's fine if WWE is shit but you lose that fanbase it becomes watchable again, who's going to pick the imitation when the original is better?
