yeah that's fair, he's got a unique look with the dyed hair and has a great entrance. i definitely prefer the focus on developing grapplers, there are too many spot monkeys floating around

We spent basically 2 months behind this guy and his slow character progression. We have seen doubts, passion, a constant disappointment over his mentor. People literally created a “You’re a wrestler” chant because this journey was over. On Wednesday we see him attacking Danielson, which is fine. He still is a ruthless guy, and maybe he wanted to be the one to take the title from Jericho.

But the promo and Rampage took the character back to literally square 1. He is the same dude that he was when we started the journey: same sports entertainment promo, same hat, with the same group.

What was the point of this? If we drag the story and do the turn down the line we definitely missed the peak. If we just keep him like this we have a stagnant character. It’s a lose-lose at this point imo.
