I have an older cousin (who's more like a brother since we both grew up fatherless and siblingless so we were inseparable) who's been a huge WWE mark since the mid 2000s and he basically got me into this hobby. When I say WWE mark I mean it, he's spent god only knows how much money on collectors items and other merch despite the fact that he's broke as fuck and still lives with his mom in his mid 20s with no true future prospects on the horizon. That's basically my only irl rasslin' friend and even he said he's probably gonna stop watching once the last few wrestlers of our generation (Orton , Mysterio etc.) fully retire.
I did have a friend at school nearly a decade ago who was really into wrestling too and we'd talk about it all the time but I haven't seen him or heard from him in a long while.
