In modern soiyciety, you really aren't allowed to like something like wrestling, because it's wacky, weird and phoney, and modern soiyciety highly values le stoicism, post ironic shit and pure, crude seriousness, mostly because of internet culture. Enjoying things like pro wrestling gets you called the dreaded c-word, as you are only supposed to enjoy your brainrot shortform content. Additionally, modern people are highly sensitive, so attempting something like the attitude era again will never work because it's hecking immature and problematic and we're better than that now.
Another huge reason is, simply put, the lack of talent. This really doesn't need any explanation. Most modern stars are pathetic compared to the Austins and Rocks and Hogans.
