I find sheamus's workout videos really weird because a lot of the male wrestlers he works out with for some reason aren't pushing anywhere close to as much weight as you would imagine they would. for example in his video with theory, sheamus was struggling to do 80lbs on the tricep extension machine, not even the cables, the machine. I know wrestlers do gear but you'd think they'd at least be lifting more, similar goes with half the other male wrestlers he has on his channel.
