>>10188210Shogun slowly stands up. Where was the boom? Nowhere, that's where. She slowly turns to Keron, after hearing her words, and relaxes.
>R-right. Rocks don't explode...I knew that.>I'd love to join you, Keron-san, but I think I need to find your rock first. Fortunately, your shorts are still here, at least! H-haha...Shogun quickly runs toward the villa's fence and climbs over it, hiding her blush from Keron. Five minutes later (and a conversation with a very frustrated Old Man Jenkins), she manages to return with it. She gently returns the rock into the water...and still silent, begins to strip. Not exactly a lot of easy places to start having a conversation after that.
Here she was thinking she needed a vacation. She really ought to start using some of the features of Skelly's villa more often...
She soaks in the water and relaxes, and attempting to break the silence herself:
>Is...this what you meant when you said life was easier as a frog?>Forgive any insensitivity, but...I think I get it.>...I'm sorry, Keron-san. So much has been going on in the WWA recently, so I just assumed the worst. The worst...being...Assuming Keron didn't get it, she wouldn't elaborate further.
>Never mind.>I'm happy you're alright. Let's just say I wouldn't have done what I just did if I didn't value you.>I never met Amy Flame myself before she joined the Divine Angels, but I understand she was a nice girl once.>...this is probably going to sound stupid, but considering I've made enough of a fool of myself today: if you can't support her? Please, keep supporting me.>I'll always listen to you. I'll always take your friendship. I won't leave you.>You could mourn the loss of Amy again and again...or you could stick to what you have and hold it tight. Like your frog toys! Instead of putting them away, keep them close and never let go.>If you promise to have my back? To me, you're the best Stellar Star.
