They're hiring people who were in/running WWE when their crowds looked like this, and who were released/fired. And it's people who see WWE as "big leagues" and AEW as "a job they do until WWE calls".

Maybe stop hiring the Exfed producers, writers, wrestlers, TV crew, marketers, live events coordinators, etc, that were all in WWE when their crowds looked like this and their critical ratings were at historic lows. People wanted AEW to be a Super Indie Fed, and the numbers reflected that. Now that it's an Exfed graveyard they're getting what they deserve.
