Influenced by her older brother, she attended a show in her hometown and was captured by its allure. Being in concert band at school, at first her only intention was watching pro-wrestling, but an encounter with Asuka (Kana), currently active in the American WWE, changed that. "When I was in the 3rd year of middle school, Kana had matches also involving guys and I admired that. This is the kind of world that's out there, I thought, I started to feel like I wanted to do the same thing.">In 2014, she appealed directly to Asuka, who had come to Hiroshima for a show, and was accepted as her pupil. As soon as she graduated, she moved to Tokyo and launched her career.
