i understand the hierarchy of (men's singles) belts is universal champ > WHC > intercontinental > USA. but apparently the WHC is a mickey mouse nothing belt that they made to give raw a top level belt because they unified the previous WHC with the universal belt. but the previous WHC belt's lineage is still active and just defended along with the universal, but they don't even mention that anymore. so why don't they de-unify the original WHC from the universal belt and unify it with the mickey belt to restore some prestige to that title? why did they even unify them in the first place?
