>We have recently held the first preparatory meeting with the aim of incorporating our federation, which is currently a voluntary organization, to continue its operations and further promote the original goals of developing the entire pro wrestling industry and disseminating pro wrestling culture domestically and internationally.
>The meeting was attended by representatives from nine corporations and eleven organizations (listed in alphabetical order) including New Japan Pro-Wrestling, Stardom, Ganbare Pro-Wrestling, Kyushu Pro-Wrestling, All Japan Pro-Wrestling, Big Japan Pro-Wrestling, DDT Pro-Wrestling, Tokyo Joshi Pro-Wrestling, DRAGONGATE, and Pro Wrestling NOAH, with World Woman's Pro-Wrestling Diana participating as an observer. Lawyers and certified public accountants also participated as experts. As a result of active discussions aimed at resolving common issues among organizations, it was agreed to proceed with the procedures to incorporate our federation as a general incorporated association, in order to promote our activities such as establishing various guidelines and providing training for wrestlers through continued dialogue with the legislative and relevant government agencies.
>Additionally, upon the completion of incorporation, it has been agreed that Sanshiro Takagi, Vice President of CyberFight Inc., will assume the role of Representative Director; Ryota Chikuzen, President of the NPO Kyushu Pro-Wrestling, Ryo Saito, Director of DRAGONGATE Inc., and Naoki Sugabayashi, Chairman of New Japan Pro-Wrestling Co., Ltd., will assume the roles of Executive Directors.
>We will enter into administrative procedures and promptly commence activities as a general incorporated association once preparations are complete.
