Vince is quite respected, if not feared, among his employees and knows how to command that. Tony's a dweeb, a billionaire's son who treats his promotion like an e-fed from the early 2000s. He has no business sense and can't stop himself from splooging all this money on literal whos from WWE with the delusion that he's "sticking it to the man". Then there's the matter of Cody. Cody believed he deserved more as one of the founders, the main networking figure, and one of the executives of the company. But Tony wanted to try and bring in more and more talent because he got into his head that debuts are the key factor in keeping people interested in the product. So he denies Cody a raise, but instead of falling for his bluff, Cody straight up leaves the company, debuts at one of the best Wrestlemania's in years, and draws all eyes to where he's at rather than where he was. Throw in another sub one million Dynamite despite the hotshot and you see what's been unfolding these past couple of days. At this point I firmly believe Kenny's next to jump ship.
