>As a faction"We wuz real wrestlers and shit", "We train together" and "Dimeless UK catch wrestling team names" are always shit basis for factions, like their polar opposite of being all but wrestling like completely devoting to magic and showbiz without giving reason to actually wrestler. Catch wrestling is just a step above forward roll flips and superhero poses on the hienarchy of being entertaining and even if Dempsey can pull it off better and more intertwined with American style wrestling it's an uphill struggle with Gulak and Dempsey being their most featured guys.
TL:DR Change the name, drop Gulak and it might be something better
