There was an episode of Raw in early 2000 where Kane had long, blonde hair that was either a crazy bleach dye job or a wig. If you've ever seen Chris Jericho in his infamous Super Liger gear it was similar to that. It was after the feud with X-Pac but before Big Bossman broke his hand.
