Then there's the general race to be the best. The company fed into this competitive atmosphere too. Hokuto in particular was extremely competitive to the point where she basically just shoot beat the shit out of everyone she was in the ring with. She purposefully injured basically every junior she worked with (i.e. most of the joshi mentioned ITT) to try to get herself over and literally everyone except Bull hated her/was scared of her.
