Survivor Series in Chicago, CM Punk should sit in the front, probably 2 or 3 spaces away from Green Shirt Guy. WWE shouldn't say anything, not a word. They should not reference CM Punk at all, even if the crowd chants his name, but allow him to be seen on camera.
And then the wrestling media goes nuts, and will start speculating. WWE should avoid giving any answers to any questions. Even at their media scrum at survivor series. If Triple H is asked why, he should answer, "WWE put a show on in Chicago, and CM Punk decided to watch it." and leave it at that.
Monday Night RAW, cold open. The Arena is black, all the lights are off, and then the lights slowly come on to reveal CM Punk sitting in the ring. He picks up a mic and says, "Did you miss me?"
