With the benefit of hindsight to study the mistakes of TNA and WCW, what did he do? He repeated their mistakes. All of them. AEW should have been a slam dunk but instead it ended up being a clusterfuck inside of a dumpster fire. It accomplished nothing except for making WWE better which was certainly not its intended goal. Tony doesn't understand what people want to see, and on a fundamental level, he doesn't understand what pro wrestling even is. He doesn't get it. He'll never get it. There's a cabbage where his brain should be.
